Shipping charges are determined based on the destination and weight of the item(s). 

I package your order with absolute care to ensure it arrives safely. WanWan Ceramics is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed. Once the order has left our premises, the purchaser assumes all responsibility.

Please reach out directly to the shipping provider to file a claim if your item is lost, stolen, or damaged. You can also contact us at hello@wanwan.ca if you have any further inquires or require additional assistance. 

TORONTO PICK-UP AND SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Studio pick-up is available in Markham. Orders must be picked up within 14 days from date of purchase. If you require additional time for pick-up or decide to have your items shipped instead, please shoot us an email at hello@wanwan.ca to coordinate and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Same-day delivery is available for residents within the Toronto and York Region for $25. 

• Must be a minimum order of $65
• Free delivery for orders over $200
• Orders placed after 10:00pm EST will be scheduled for the following day 
• Deliveries will be dropped off between 7:00pm-11:00pm. (if an earlier time is needed, please email wanwanceramics@gmail.com to coordinate.
• Driver will call upon arrival. Someone must be there to receive the order. 

CANADA & US SHIPPING

Orders within Canada are shipped via Chit Chats & Canada Post with tracking and insurance.

Packages typically arrive within 2 - 14 business days depending on the location however delivery dates may exceed the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders outside of North America are shipped via UPS. Depending on your shipping option and destination, arrival dates will vary. Please note delivery dates may exceed the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
